Our Newcastle Travel Vaccinations clinic offers the following vaccines:
- polio (given as a combined diphtheria/tetanus/polio jab)
- typhoid
- hepatitis A
- cholera
These are provided by the NHS - there is no additional charge.
Please note:
- our travel vaccination clinics are ad hoc subject to staffing and demand
- please book a nurse appointment 4-6 weeks prior to travel for your travel vaccination
- you will need to complete this form and return it to the practice at least 1 week before your appointment
- the form can be submitted in person, by post or via email
