Step 1: Tell us your problem
Complete a short online form at a time that suits you.
No phone queues. No need to call at 8am.
Step 2: A clinician reviews it
A GP or clinician reviews your request the same working day.
You will receive clear next steps or be contacted directly, depending on your clinical need.
Step 3: Get the right appointment
Many issues are managed safely by message, phone or video.
If you need to be seen in person, we will arrange a face-to-face appointment.
